We are dealing with Mighty Powers, Beloved Ones. You are dealing with Mighty Powers. It is not human imagination. This Power of Light which governs great Universes everywhere is now coming to give mankind on Earth Its Assistance. It is no respecter of persons, places, conditions, nor things. It is moving into the Earth with Its Mighty Purifying, Dissolving, Consuming Power.

If you who have the privilege of understanding and knowing your own "God Presence," the "Mighty I AM," will still and harmonize yourselves enough, your world, your minds, and your bodies will be flooded by the Power and Intelligence of your "Presence." If you will do this, there will be not one single thing confront you for which you will not know the solution instantly. You will be able to release the Power to dissolve or accomplish it—whichever the requirements might be.
Beloved Ones, in this magnificent opportunity before you, do not longer allow your human concepts to deprive you of the Intelligence of your "Mighty I AM Presence" which you can call forth. It will flood in and through you, and bring forth new ideas, new solutions of the problems of mankind which are needed so much today. The right solution to all problems will come forth as the great change takes place, and it is on its way so rapidly now.
There will be no imperfection of any kind. No longer will there be struggle among humanity; and instead of anyone criticizing or judging another, all will turn to the "Mighty I AM Presence" and call forth Its Perfection. No longer shall human beings pour forth destructive qualities to interfere with others who want their Freedom and are calling for It so powerfully. No longer shall those destructive conditions reach out like the tentacles of a great octopus, touching the feeling world of individuals to make them shrink from going forth in their dynamic Application and glorifying themselves in the sustained Freedom of God.
We are dealing with Mighty Powers, Beloved Ones. You are dealing with Mighty Powers. It is not human imagination. This Power of Light which governs great Universes everywhere is now coming to give mankind on Earth Its Assistance. It is no respecter of persons, places, conditions, nor things. It is moving into the Earth with Its Mighty Purifying, Dissolving, Consuming Power; and mankind shall give obedience whether they wish to or not. It is no longer a matter of human opinion. It is a matter of the Activity and Movement of the Cosmic Dominion once again after century upon century of limitations which mankind has built around itself.
Realize with Me for a few moments your great privilege. As you issue these Decrees calling on the Law of Forgiveness for all mankind, do you understand what a magnificent privilege and opportunity it is to do that? Do you realize that you, one of humanity, have the Authority to call into action the Greatest Cosmic Power in the Universe to set the rest of mankind free? One of you has the Power to call that Infinite Power into action. Then think what a mass of mankind, nearly half a million people, could do in calling that "Great I AM Presence" into action! Do you understand that you have entered into a great Stream of Light which knows no limitation but knows only the Victory of Its Power?
Decree:
"I AM" the Ascended Masters' Cosmic Law of Forgiveness and Consuming Flame of all inharmonious action and human consciousness for all mankind! (3)
