"I AM" CYCLOPEA'S ALL-SEEING EYE OF GOD!

The All-Seeing Eye of God, as It exists within the Great Host of Ascended Masters, is also the Great Designing Faculty; and every human being, when he has an idea, has within his mind a form, a mental picture which is his mental concept of that idea.

That Great Being known as Cyclopea is a Great Cosmic Being who has watched over the Destiny of the humanity of this Earth fo rmany, many thousands of years. That Great Presence governs all activity of the Power of Sight to this Earth, and our outer physical sight is but a fractional part ofthe attribute of Sight from the Great God Consciousness of the Universe.

The All-Seeing Eye of God is that attribute of Consciousness that can penetrate all substance and all energy, all vibratory action, and see the cause and effect of all things. This Great Activity of Life is real! There are these Great Beings! They are All-wise, All-powerful, and Victorious over all human discord. To call forth Their Special Attributes into our own activities to enable us to have the Clear, All-Seeing Comprehension within our own intellects which enable us to see always the correct thing to do, and then have the courage to do it, is after all, one of the mightiest Assistants and Activities by which we can give help to all mankind.

The All-Seeing Eye of God, as It exists within the Great Host of Ascended Masters, is also the Great Designing Faculty; and every human being, when he has an idea, has within his mind a form, a mental picture which is his mental concept of that idea. Those mental pictures held firm within the consciousness, and then charged with intense feeling, are projected into the substance of this physical world and become the things that mankind deals with in the outer activities of Life.

Therefore, we have the Free Will and the Designing Activity of the sight, the Power of Sight, to create pictures within our own minds, and then to have them filled, as it were, with energy and substance, until we, too, can create in the outer activities of Life that which is the Perfection of the Ascended Masters.

The moment anyone's attention goes to any Ascended Being and calls for that one's special Qualities and constantly accumulates a momentum of that, assurely as you make that Call, will you outpicture that Perfection. There is no difference between that and the way the human beings of this world teach children, and then they arise into the adult state and are able to do what the adult teaches them.
